Rules and Regulations

At Kautilya Smart Learning School, we aim to create a positive and productive environment for students, staff, and parents. These rules and regulations are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and effective learning atmosphere for everyone.

1. Academic Integrity:

• Students are expected to complete all assignments and exams honestly and to the best of their ability.

• Plagiarism or cheating in any form will not be tolerated.

2. Attendance:

• Regular attendance is mandatory for all students.

• In case of absence, parents should inform the school in advance and provide a valid reason for the absence.

• Students should not miss school without prior consent from the school authority.

4. Uniform and Personal Grooming:

• Proper personal grooming is expected, including neat and tidy hair.

• Accessories, makeup, and jewelry should be kept to a minimum and should not disrupt the learning environment.

5. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices:

• Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones or other electronic devices to school without prior permission from the school authorities.

• Any device found in violation of this rule may be confiscated.

6. Classroom Behavior:

• Students must be attentive in class, participate actively, and respect the classroom rules.

• Talking during lessons, disturbing others, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Safety and Security:

• Students must follow safety protocols during activities, especially in the sports and outdoor areas.

• Any unsafe or hazardous activity should be immediately reported to the teacher or staff.

8. Use of Technology:

• Students must use school-provided technology (e.g., computers, tablets) responsibly.

• Internet usage should be limited to educational purposes as guided by the teacher. Inappropriate online behavior, such as accessing harmful or inappropriate content, will result in consequences.

9. Parental Involvement:

• Parents must regularly check communication from the school (notices, emails, etc.) and ensure active involvement in their child's education.

• Parents should attend parent-teacher meetings and school events to stay informed of their child's progress.

10. School Property:

• Students must take care of school property and equipment.

• Any damage to school property will result in disciplinary action, and parents may be held financially responsible for repairs or replacement.

11. Health and Well-being:

• Students should report any health concerns or medical conditions to the school immediately.

• In case of illness or injury, students must inform the teacher and follow the school’s health protocols.

12. Extracurricular Activities:

• Students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, arts, etc.

• Active participation in school events fosters personal growth and team spirit.

13. Communication:

• All communication should be directed through the proper channels, such as via the school office or the class teacher.

• Parents are encouraged to communicate with teachers regarding any academic concerns but should respect school hours for such discussions.

14. Disciplinary Action:

• A student's behavior is a reflection of the school, and as such, positive behavior is expected both in and outside school.
